The staff is quite rude. They won't show you anything if you ask for designs. They will only entertain you if you will buy something. For events shopping like Wedding this is ridiculous approach. Quite disappointed

Had been looking to get myself a british gurkha trousers and finally Team KDL came to the rescue. The trousers were made with utmost care keeping in my my specific requirements. I would highly recommend KDL for custom tailored clothes. They literally recreated my trousers from a small video I sent them. The best part is, the trousers fit me absolutely perfect. A very pathetic experience. Went to shop as my brother in law had previously ordered from them online to be delivered to the US. But I guess they are focused only for orders outside India and have no respect for customers coming in person. Made us wait for an hour and then told to come another day. Would not recommend to anybody. There are far better designs and variety available at other places and most importantly customer service.

Wrost experience with kaya last year we make a Jodhpuri it was around 20k fitting was too bad. We tried many time to connect u didn't get any response . Now it's seem within 1 year cloth quality got shrniked to bad cloth Guys even too poor experience I wouldn't suggest any more .
