I got a very pampered session by Samina the Kaya therapist. She is very professional and nice to approach, very patient and nicely done. Overall i loved taking treatment from Kaya.. Most recommended

I have no problem with Kaya services but the staff are very rude and unprofessional at the Vashi branch if customers respect your time by reaching out earlier then they should respect customer time too one of a lady was saying to me you also cancelled an appointment I told her that I lost my son last month so due to this situation I've cancelled appointments she was arguing nonstop. Her language was very offensive and disrespectful she could have resolved the problem very easily but she didn't, she was only interested in arguing and how to insult a person because of her behaviour I didn't take any sessions. she called herself the branch manager wow. I've realised that they don't value time either customer......... she's new at the place I'm not so first time I've encountered this kind of behaviour from Kaya which is not expected
