My relationship with kaya for past 6 months was good and nice service was given by mumtaz during laser hair reduction treatment. Her way of doing sessions were smooth and comfortable. She even took good care of me during the session and communicated about well being even after the session.
Quite bad service in that my hair growth increased after getting the service. Every time I complain they tell me they have to compare against older pictures and get back, but there is no resolution. Over and above that some of the therapists do the job in a hurry resulting in a wasted session because the efficacy is low. Not really satisfied with the service atall.
I had a wonderful experience at Kaya. My session was handled by mumtaz. She was a very sweet person and made my session an excellent experience. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

I visited Kaya t nagar for my laser hair reduction and i have seen the difference in two sessions...Excellent service given by mumtaj as always she is very nice and kind and also dedicated with her work she suggested some products also that also good it is very useful and i am happy with the service
The services are good and Loved getting done my laser removal here. And the doc at T nagar Dr Saranya B is such an amazing dermat consultant and provides such a great advice for skin maintenance. Not to forget my therapist Mumtaj who has done an awesome work in performing the laser for me. Such a great place to do laser hair removal.
