They are highly unprofessional people. Most of the therapists are trainees and unprofessional. I started my treatment for facial hair removal and on the very first day the therapist burnt my upper lip leaving a permanent mark. There is pus formation in that burnt skin and there is intense swelling. When I tried to raise this and asked for my refund of 25,000, the manger ignored me and avoided me. They did not even refund my money, stopped picking up my calls. Then I started visiting their clinic in Subhash nagar and the receptionist told me that the manager is not available. This happened 4-5 times. When I made the initial payment before starting my laser treatment, they charged me for their products saying that those were complimentary. It is later when I saw the bill that I realised that those products were actually charged. THESE PEOPLE ARE BIGGGG FRAUD. It's better to get your treatment done by a dermatologists rather than these stupid, unprofessional and careless people.

This kaya clinic is only good until you buy package. And then when you take the package, they will tell that what other things we should take. Quality of services is very poor. The staff is only concern on their targets of selling the packages.

I m taking services from last 2 years but there is no any hair reduction and its prove that laser is not much effecctive treatment for hair reduction,just waste of money...

I have had a very amazing experience from laser hair reduction. It has been really helpful and less painful than waxing. The staff is also very amazing especially kanika di she is an amazing employee I love her company she is very sweet and kind. Her way of doing work is awesome she is a very dedicated employee

I was given amazing service and kept well-informed about the treatment by Rashmi. However, I really didn't like how I was forced to give a review and 5 stars just after I was finished with my session. If customers are happy, they'll write the review in length themselves. Do not force them to write one just after the first session, as that doesn't reflect your overall service. Apart from that, Rashmi was very cordial, knowledgeable and friendly!

Shivani is genuinely the sweetest person I've taken any service from. I prefer her for all my laser/any other sessions as she gets me comfortable so easily. Also witnessing wonderful results with laser hair reduction in just a few sessions now. Best decision ever.
