Especially Miss Kajal, who handled all my appointments and sessions. she is just so very good in her job. I'm writing this review after two hair removal sessions with the ND:YAG laser (Hyperion). Before coming to Kaya Pusa Road in May 2023, I had taken 25+ sessions with various diode lasers from several dermatologists. Plus, I have Braun's at-home IPL, so I must have taken countless sessions of IPL. I know this may sound exaggerated, but one session with the ND:YAG laser at Kaya did more for me than all my previous diode and IPL sessions (25+) combined. Two ND:YAG sessions down, my face is virtually hair free, with some pigmentation/shadow remaining, which I can manage, and I hope it'll go away by the sixth session. I am particularly grateful to my therapist Neha at Kaya Pusa Road. She went above and beyond to deliver excellent service, took great care of me, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and followed up after. As a result, I felt confident enough to start my lip and eye rejuvenation sessions there; hopefully, these sessions will be as effective as my laser sessions. I'm moving to Ahmedabad in July and will continue my sessions at Kaya there. I hope my therapist in Ahmedabad will be as good as Neha. Thank you, Neha and Kaya Pusa Road. Highly recommended.
