Simply great experience with Kaya. So today was my last day of hair reduction laser session, the complete experience was so smooth. They will call you to book each sessions and if we want to reschedule that also they will take care. Skin specialists make you feel really comfortable. Shwetha was my skin specialist and she made each session so comforting. No awkward sense even if she would perform laser for private areas. Absolutely recommend Kaya. They even remind when there are better offers and if you choose for laser they would suggest best deals.

Hi Kaya team, Hope to find this valuable review reaching you n people planning to take service at Kaya phoenix It's almost more than year for me with Kaya laser hair reduction treatment and the journey of almost 30 sessions. But now from past three sessions I've been experiencing terrible pain for the session on face also with face swelling n marks all over face which are red patches somewhere even darker for almost a whole week after I take the session. I'd highly recommend not using candela mission for face. I've informed the same almost for every still am getting my laser done on the same. Requesting the Kaya team n doctors to look into this on a very serious note. As the pain is really unbearable and almost reaching to highest of breathes with me getting numb for almost next 10 minutes not being able to even see things around. Such a terrible and bad experience am sure no client would want to be feeling this !!!!!!!

I got my session here, it's been quite a time. It is very good. Both doctor and the experts have good knowledge of what they are doing. I got my sessions from Lavanya, she is very good and polite. The customer service is excellent.
