I have been taking facial and laser hair removal service from Kaya Kormangala from past 2 yrs. They do have different varieties of laser machines and depending on your hair growth doctor suggests the type of machine which will work best on your skin n hair type. Staffs are very good, experienced and friendly. I have been taking my sessions from Shree and she is quite good at her work. I have experienced good results of laser but still not exactly what I imagined for. It might take little longer to get the desired results but improvements are quite visible. Overall good experience. I've been getting laser treatment from Kaya for quite some time. I have seen good results. The staff is very cooperative, doctor provides right information, the girl in charge of laser session - Shree was also great with her service. Overall a happy experience. Of course is heavy on pocket :)

My experience at Kaya Koramangala has been getting worse each time. 1) Despite repeated complaints they move the clients from one room to another because they have only 1 machine. The rooms open into the reception, and obviously there is complete disregard for one's privacy. This is worse than a local beauty parlour! 2) The focus is completely on upselling and cross selling. No care about service! They manage to find some problem or the other which they claim to be able to fix. There is no opportunity to relax. 3) Despite fixing an appointment for a facial and having bought a package, they decided to give me a facial of their choice! Nobody bothered to ask what my concern was or what I preferred. When I put my foot down, I was told that they had run out of the product! This was mid way through the facial, which I had to terminate. Totally unacceptable! The quality of service has dropped to a new low. Very very disappointed. And this is from a loyal customer of Kaya since 2004!

I am taking laser hair reduction and skin lightening services. The results are already visible after 3 sessions. Really good and satisfactory. I have never faced any delays too. Many thanks to the staff, they have been really cordial and patient everytime :)

My experience with Kaya has been good so far. I have done laser hair removal for 6 sessions and found the results really good, visible reduction post the sessions. The staff here is also very friendly and welcoming. I will recommend Kaya clinic for laser hair removal.
