Had the most wonderful experience here with laser hair reduction. The staff was very kind, helpful and most of all affirming of me being a transwoman, making sure to gender me correctly. They advised I go for a consultation with the doctor before starting and the doctor explained the whole process really well and also set realistic expectations that there might not be complete hair removal and we would have to see after 6 sessions My first two sessions from Kim and Deborah went well and results seem amazing so far as I can see 10-15% reduction in new hair growth. Wholeheartedly recommend!

I have been visiting the HSR Kaya clinic for the last few months for laser treatment and my experience has been really good. The entire experience has been seamless right from booking appointments, doctor consultations and laser sessions. Special mention to Theborah, she is really kind, patient and has the required skills to do the sessions. I have already started seeing good result as an outcome of the sessions.

I enjoyed the services at Kaya, HSR. I have taken a facial package and l feel it was worth it. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The product they use and the entire facial process really help my skin to look better.

I booked their trial service. They even called me twice to confirm it. They gave me a certain time and said no other time wascavailable, to which I agreed. But when I reached, they said my booking wasn't confirmed and that it was on waiting. The receptionist was high on attitude and straightaway said that it won't happen since they have no slots. My question to Kaya is - what is the use of giving a particular time slot to a customer if u can't adhere to it? Even if the receptionist had politely asked me to wait or reschedule, I wouldn't have felt this bad. But simply saying NO to customer on their face!! I had also thought of enquiring about medi facials and taking it but the bad attitude and service changed my mind and I walked off. Never recommending at least the HSR centre to anyone!

Dr. Priya did a great job with my first acne skin concern. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great - they were helpful. I am so glad to choose Kaya clinic HSR layout and thanks to Naina who is taking care of me dusring the procedure. I would like to suggest you to go with Kaya skin clinic.

I went in for a consultation for my scars.first off, the office is gorgeous and a wonderful group of staff members that greet you with a warm welcome. I met with Dr. Priya and Ms. Naina Sharma both were so kind and attentive as I told them about my problem. Both listened to my concerns and recommended for best. I felt so comfortable with Ms naina sharma. Honestly, I feel so happy.
