Cannot say enough good things about Kaya Skin Care! I'm so glad I found a high caliber skin care brand with an honest, helpful staff and comfortable setting even during the pandemic. I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment. Nilima is a pro!! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything including the after care. She is truly great and having the competent professionalism to deliver. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I was pretty impressed with the final result.
Sharun at Kaya Powai has magic in her hands! One absolutely doesn't feel the pinch of laser hair reduction. Highly professional and great service. I'd recommend Kaya, and Sharun in particular, to anyone who's considering a laser treatment.
The Dr and staff ,manager Tina ,were all super helpful and nice. Service was very professional, time taken to complete the service was very optimal ie we didn't feel like there was any time wasted . I have been doing laser hair reduction from Kaya Hiranandani since Dec 2022. I have completed 3 sessions for each body parts already. Sharun Nisha Hashmi has been doing it for me.. She is amazing. Her way of doing it feels super painless. I could now see remarkable changes in my hair growth. The entire staff is very supportive and kind. Especially Sharun is a very friendly and a warm person and I look forward to our session. I make sure that she is available and only then I book my session at Kaya. I will highly recommend her.
