I took my laser session today very good experience. Warm welcoming , great explanation all my myths cleared. Smooth soft skin post session..I highly recommend this place at Banjara hills. The team is awesome
If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I would do it in a blink of an eye. Pathetic customer service. They take money upfront and never commit to their services. I'm a customer since the last 2 years and you literally have to beg them to block an appointment. They have a predefined response every time you request for an appointment stating they're "fully booked". They never schedule any upcoming appointments and the manager here doesn't even care. They don't even respond to texts or respond after a day which is too late if you have urgent plans. Kaya Banjara Hills better be aware that I can make this a big thing and have legal action taken against you and your staff for laundering money and never offering actual services when needed. Pathetic service!!! Jamuna Pai's clinic is 10x more better in terms of service. Totally not recommended. THEY HAVE POOR SCHEDULING SKILLS AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF NEVER RESPECTS CUSTOMERS I'm going to leave the same review in every possible platform so everyone is aware of their pathetic services.

This is an amazing clinic. Mr. Shaheen has done fantastic job, made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I would 10/10 recommend getting laser done from her.
No doubt about services. Doctors are good and services too but why do doctors keep on changing in every session. Consultation and 1st service was done by Dr. Samatha, 2nd by Dr. Bhamini and 3rd Dr. Mansi. Why should I have to go with a new doctor every time. We are not subjects for them . How can anyone consult every time with new doctor. Consulting doctors says to continue the medicine on the 1st session for a few months, 2nd doctors says to stop and the 3rd doctor just asks about what other doctors said. I mean, what's the whole point of consultation and treatment. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the management.
