NEW Very very bad experience....wil share full detail .. in some while ..if theres an option for zero star...I'd definitely Choose that.. FAST Forward 1 YEAR...GOT MY BIKE REPAIRED WITH THE BILL OF 5 LAKHS 90THOUSAND after repeated begging him to remove DOUBLE TRIPPLE PARTS in some cases and parts that clearly mentioned RIGHT HAND SIDE,COVER TANK ETC that was not damaged and any human with eyes could see the damages .Not to mention the first bill he sent me was oF 7LAKHS 50 THOUSAND .. AND I HAVE PROOF OF IT ALL IN PDF ..MR Sanjay from the showroom .MAN O MAN ..THE PRIDE AND EGO THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME AS A CUSTOMER..I'm personally mentioning his name because the treatment I got from him was so bad that i will compare it to a mistreated dog... absolutely disgracefull.I HAVE THE CALL RECORDINGS TOO and now that I have tried to complain this matter to the kawasaki company it self I seek validation and i hope i get some sort of relief even if it doesn't regard monitory refund.Everytime I asked him a question regarding a MOTORCYCLE PART he put in the bill he totally ignored it got angry ,cut the call ..It left me helpless since the showroom I got my new bike was patna and I live in sikkim .He took advantage of that since i couldn't come personally to deliver the bike and left me with a trauma that will forever remain with me since this was my first superbike and i never thought this would happen to me or it happens in general..COMING to the CONCLUSION...now that I have the bike it is running 6000 kms...and due to the long period of the bike remaining in the showroom ,the battery is dead..I tried calling SARVLOK JI SIR who i believe is the SALES manager head has always spoke to me in good health,proper decency, professional and has always been cooperative regarding any queries or problems I had..(good man)BUT then it seems the MONOPOLY in the showroom gets in the way and SANJAY THE SERVICE MANAGER WOULDN'T WANT TO GIVE SERVICE to the customer who tried to fight for his right. Now that I've been LEFT in such a state that I don't even have the courage to ask them for my 3RD SERVICE..NOW I JUST HOPE I GET A NEW BATTERY..I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT..I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT IN STOCK..SO THEY HAVE TO ORDER IT..IM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT..WILL UPDATE WITH MORE DETAILS ..
It was a long story but I'll try to make it in short!!! I was trying to get Kawasaki Z900 from Bangalore but unfortunately, I called the Kawasaki Patna to check the availability!!! Mr. Sarvlok ji is the guy who made me to buy the Bike from here and transport to Bangalore:blush:. The Process of booking and delivery was buttery smooth. As per the dealer and showroom, most people care their customers but here is the uniqueness of Mr. Sarvlok. He doesn't make a customer but also makes a healthy relationship. During the delivery, He cared for me like a big brother, taking care of my small things like breakfast, lunches, and snacks, giving answers to all my doubts, and still, his hospitality is not done, and bcoz of it, bringing me to stay in touch after the delivery. I strongly recommended this Showroom if you wish or want to have a Kawasaki bike. Just go there and meet him you can relate to this :relaxed: Thanks a lot, Kawasaki Patna and his team!!!

The only Kawasaki showroom in Patna. With all the bikes from Ninja 300 to The mighty ZX-10R(On Pre order basis). Nice and friendly sales person and very knowledgeable servicing center guy. Edit : Had a home service from Kawasaki Patna 5/5 for that my servicing person was Mr. Shubham very helpful and knowledgeable guy thank you so much. PS: Must try home service.
