As experienced by a few of my lady friends who happened to stay in this hell on earth @ their flat for about a year with utmost patience. Following are the tips and experiences by 4 of them: 1. A male watchman doubling up as "house-help" to enter your bedroom or washroom surprisingly and "guarding" you by sleeping at night* PS: Truth to be told, he doesn't come inside at night 2. A "Wi-fi" for namesake (you are not given the password)- A showpiece for marketing* Pro Tip: Get yourselves a personal data card or adjust with your phone's data connection* 3. The owner supports the servants, not you* (They serve as the rumor machines. You disobey them, they cook rumors about you to the owner) Pro Tip: Obey the servants* 4. Complaints are very much encouraged, so please don't expect any action for solving the complaints* 5. You pay for the food that you don't take and worse, you are not even allowed to use your own induction stove in your room when the servant is around* 6. The TV is open for use only till 10:00 PM, which is not fair especially if your work happens to be in night shift or rotational shift. Pro Tip: Get a laptop* 7. Safety is the highest least priority here, so guard yourselves.Please don't expect the owner's support if at all you are in any trouble * Pro Tip: Go for self defense classes* 8. Gave your advance already? Please don't expect it back at least for a few months even after you leave. Even if you get, it will be after deducting some good amount* 9. A new warden has been appointed and this hell is all set to become a Host(h)ell in all practical means* Pro Tip- Expect her damp towels and toiletries (including her innies) strewn all around the living room. If you plan to complain, please refer Point No. 4* Pro-Pro Tip: Please AVOID this place if you are looking for either all or one of the following:* 1. Self-Respect*; 2. Safety Concerns*; 3. Have a craving for decent food and accommodation*; 4. A caring family looking for your well being*; 5. Value for money* *As told and experienced by the "inmates (noun)" of this PG who are vacating (for their own good) soon
