Poor customer service. I think they are already in profit. They don't need customers. If this activity of their staff continues there will be no such business.

Customer service is not so good. Normal collections. But we can buy all items for ladies in one shop

It is a very big textile shop near Sivakasi bus stand

Cloth quality is very bad. It got teared at it's very first day of wearing. They're not at all allowing to do trial. If you're in the idea to take four cloths. They allow you to do trial for only one cloth. Remaining you've to take by the assumption of that it'll suits on you Short message to the management: Doing trial is not only for the fitting issue. Also to check whether this cloth & color suits on customer or not. If you're not allowing customers to do trial then keep it to yourself. Don't sell it in the shop

Now a days, collections are very less and the rate also fixed. There is no any discount as previously provided. Materials also not good as compared to their rival tilakaraj textiles. Too spacious floors, but worst collections ever. We are seeking old Kavitha textiles who provides affordable rate and discount and their materials also good. Need to come back.

I have been shopping there for a long time. I personally prefer their cotton saree collections. And casual clothes are reasonable.
