Great PG to stay with attached bathroom on one side. Wardrobe, table and chair provided. Large parking space, food twice a day, room is cleaned often, roof access for washing and drying. Uncle is very proactive and flexible with pay. Cons- Bathroom is not cleaned often, seen many cockroaches, repairs are slow, room and wardrobe keys are single copy.
Yes, I am staying in this PG from 1 month. Good is really awesome, Morning and evening food is provided. Coming to price 1 month advance (for staying) and 1 month deposit (security deposit, completely refundable at the time of exist also negotiable) need to be paid while joining. For 3 sharing price is 6K and 6.5K for 2 sharing. Wonderful services for both working professionals and students.
