It's an old house belonging to the poet kuvempu. It has been turned into a museum, where his personal belonging have been preserved. It shows how life had been long ago. It's a great place to visit + your surrounded by nature throughout. Note: Photography sadly isn't allowed inside the house.

Every single thing remembers our great poet and shows his lifestyle and achievements. The house is old and has that vintage rustic feel. The collection of household items and books and awards is very appreciable but camera is not allowed inside the house.Every kannadiga should visit to get inspired.
You can take the step to KaviShaila from kavimane or take up your vehicle to the parking and walk a few meters. Very well maintained garden and facilities. Maintained with a lot of cleanliness.

It's a must visit place. Kavi Shaila is a rock memorial dedicated to #Kuvempu built after his death. A few steps of climb (around 300) from Kavi Mane, you can find Kavi Shaila on top of a small hillock.
