Worst biryani I had ever eaten.High price low quality.Ordered special chicken biryani and mutton biryani.mutton looks like rubber and saggy.instead of spl chicken biryani he brought dum biryani.when I asked he replaced it, which is even worst. Bye bye kaveri .thank you for your last biryani.

I took special mutton biryani parcel, worst experience I got. there is no mutton in peaces they added some power to meat. I don't know why they put nmr this food as biryani but better name would be mutton pakoda biryani. The meat also seems to be stock it expands like a rubber piece. Last thing the taste also not like goat meat it smells like something else. please don't waste your valuable money for something which not worth of it.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant where i have ordered chicken biryani online and when I opened the parcel i found a dead cockroach inside the biryani.The food was inedible and i had to throw it away. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bad experience. Don't order for special Biriyani. They serve food from refrigerator. if you ask they don't respond. especially mr Mohan manager on floor. he is very irresponsible to customers.thanks to serving madam Madavi she deals very nice and cool. I love this restaurant from last 15 years. this is my last visit, good bye Kaveri restaurant. The main reason I don't want to visit is the manager behaviour to words customers.

Well, I went to the restaurant yesterday afternoon specifically to this restaurant just because many years back I took huge biryani parcel in that restaurant just to eat it in Train with my family and the food taste was amazing.... But yesterday I had ordered Spl Chicken Biryani which is nothing but Boneless Chicken as many of u know, and the reason I am giving less rating because the taste isn't the same I had before..... I had ordered Dum biryani Jumbo pack maybe many years ago, this time it is boneless... But still the biryani rice taste should be same right ??? Maybe there is a little difference but the taste I felt was not that enjoyable as it had less flavour, less aroma, its just i felt like eating some plain long rice.... There are other small restaurants which make tasty Spl chicken biryani.... Maybe because of crowded people (not that crowded but it was half full and as there are different floors like Family restaurant which I went to, there is Bar Restaurant and event organising party area) soo maybe because of that the taste was not that good or the chef has changed .... I missed that flavour... Also it is not cheap though.... Just for the AC it is okay to go as it is summer but I suggest yall to goto other small restaurants where they make it tastier but i can't say about cleanliness in those restaurants..... I forgot something... There were cockroaches where I sat.... They were roaming on my table, I don't know whether these people clean the restaurant properly or not.... And then I had to shoo it and it fell near my foot and i crushed it.... Just look properly if there are any insects at the place u sit next time.... Btw I sat at a corner table section..... Don't sit there.... Also seating is bad.... I was unable to move the chair back to sit as there is a wall and I had to move it horizontally.... Some seating is bad.....

AC not getting properly. Service is worst. Only 2 persons are serving all tables. Taste is average. Rates are too much high. Normal Chicken Biryaani for 1 person 350+18%gst. Around 400.. Thandoori roti each 1 46+ 18%tax around 60. In Hyderabad best restaurants also not charging this much rate. In Hyderabad best restaurants 250 to max 300 & thandoori roti 15 to 25. After dining servers are demanding tips infront of manager. Vallet parking horrible. Waited around 30 mins for get the car in hot whether. Totally worst service too much prices average food

Food prices are little high I visited best restaurants in Hyderabad and prices are higher than Hyderabad here at Khammam. Seating and Air-conditioning is good but food not to upto the mark.

Food is very very costly when compared to hyderabad restaurants, not worth at all, waiters will demand tip and keep on asking asking tip, they are very concerned about tip. Food is not satifactory..
