My name is Muqeeth and I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of your receptionist at Kaveri Reception. I recently contacted your receptionist from Hyderabad to schedule an appointment for my newborn. However, I was denied the appointment. It was recommended to me that newborns can walk directly for up to 26 days, but another person present today stated that this is not the case for Dr. Chakradhari. I find this inconsistency and unprofessional behavior from your staff disheartening. As a concerned parent, I expect better service and accurate information from your receptionist. I kindly request you to address this matter and ensure that your staff is trained to provide accurate information and maintain professionalism. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

West hospital ever and ever .....only money making hospital .....this.......don't go this hospital. ....

I had worst experience of more than 4hours waiting time for a treatment of 1 month old baby as he was suffering from cold and cough. Not sure about the doctor, but the staff are exactly the same as Gundas whom we all saw in Munna bhai MBBS movie. There you see security people at the entrance who are just like Gundas and the inside staff as all illiterate Rowdies who doesn't even care about the emergency needs of the patient. Reply to my comment if you find any educated staff in the hospital.. I bet you'll not.. To the worst, this so called newly built spacious hospital doesn't even have a single swipe machine or any UPI payments to make the payment. Not even even at their inbuilt medical store.. they accept only cash.. just imagine how illegally they wanted to skip the taxes and records if something goes wrong.. It's a healthcare mafia now at this hospital. In telugu we say Balisi Kottukuntunnaru e management.. It's just a gift by the great Dr. Chakradhari to his descendants, who knowingly or unknowingly got some rowdies to manage the daily operations of the hospital. My sincerest suggestion: never visit this hospital for emergency services, they will eat your minimum of 3hrs time and imagine what might go wrong with your baby. I also suggest Dr. P. Santhosh, who is also MBBS pediatrics and new born specialist is far better than this in Nirmal, coz I visited him after the worst experience at Kaveri Hospital. I hope my review might save someone's LIFE.

Worst hospital in nirmal, should wait for every thing hours and hours,rowdy staff, pharmacy staff are slowest and most confused creatures in the world,lift is only for doctor and even critical patient cannot use lift, doctor won't use a perticular time table he work according to his mood,no respect for visitors,most money minded hospital ,proper bills are not provided

Doctors are good, worst staff(Rowdy Behavior) rude behavior of receptionist and no proper time management of allocating of serial numbers for the patients

Recently I visited this hospital.for my friend son suffering with dengue.Chakradhari doctor is not giving treatment for this kid. One junior dr is there he is giving treatment for the kid we are admitted hospital in the morning 10 am so many compounders and lab technicians came to the patient for setting of IV set for the kid but it's not possible for them. Then we went to doctor and asked them I was shocked for his reply. He told me maybe it is not possible for me we can cut his hand and then insert IV set. This type of treatment they are providing for the patient. And very worst behaviour for the compounders. Very bad experience for this hospital in Nirmal.

Worst hospital i ever seen there is no time management staff is very rude behaviour and doctor not maintaining time

Worst hospital and even no caring, I took my new born son for stomach wash and check up after delivery. I don't know what they did. My son even not drinking milk very next day I took another Dr. They wash the stomach and found some abnormalities... I don't suggest this hospital. Even they're not giving bill.
