Kavalipuzha Beach - Tourist attraction in Kidangoor - Kottayam, India

When we enter the road we think is it worth it. From the main road to that place, the road is too narrow. Always honk while you drive but at the end of the road, you can see places like paradise. I visited there in the evening time lots of cars were there. Paid parking is available for just 10 rs. And there is a thattukada to serve dishes like black coffee and bread omelet. Roy Chettan is a good guy who talks a lot and his wife If you wish to swim or take a bath it is recommended. I saw many families there and kids children were swinging. I think after 3 pm would be a better time.

its ok to hangout here with kids,a local transportation boat is present here to connect two ends of the river.you can take that boat to a round for 20rs.if you're interested to visit on night its also fine.and a small tea stall is present in day time here you can buy,lime juice,water,ice creams and packet snacks,i dont think they're provide coffees and stuffs like that.so keep on that in mind.in night a stall i'll be run.parking space is ok

It's a well maintained river bed for enjoyment with friends, families etc.. A peaceful atmosphere and a food parlour near this area and the fact that some of the natives are taken care of this beautiful evening spend spot. Students from nearer colleges are responsible for the clean environment. They visit there once in week and give instructions to the other visitors about the healthy maintenance of the spot and also they lead in cleaning there. It's a very good lesson the students give.. Congratulations for the natives and students who taken effort to maintain the place neat.

A small riverside beach with crystal clear water. A good place for an evening outting with kids. Bird watching Country boat ride, swing and plenty of place for kids to run around. Ample car parking available very near to the beach. Beach requires cleaning

Road is very narrow. But nice place to spend some time. Parking available for some cars.

Simply awesome. Natural mini Beach formed by flood. You can hangout there with your family specially for kids Summer is the best time for family because that time the water level is very less. Reasons why you should visit this place: * Great ambience * Well maintained * You can swim there but be carefull when high water level * Good place for fishing and photography. * Beauty of Menachil River. * Can play and relax on sand * Small tea shop there Cons * Should improve seating capacity NB: Visitors do not throw any plastics or waste materials. please put in waste basket only.
