Though facilities are good, no proper system is in place for OP patients. On 31-10-2023, I was waiting to meet the cardiologist for my brother who has done angio a month ago, since 11:30 AM, with pre-appointment. But couldn't meet him till 06:50PM. Staff are sending as per their priority through back door. Very bitter experience.
