Kauvery Hospital - Tennur (Trichy) - General hospital in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

First of all, the hospital is located on the roadside, and we always hear transportation and horn sounds, so patients cannot get proper sleep. The general ward feels like a bus stand with no hygiene and cleanliness; mosquitoes are everywhere. In the special ward, you still hear transportation sounds, and there is a strong urine smell when you walk through the staircase. The special ward beds seem like government bus leather seat covers. Overall, it was a worst experience.

All treatment options available and good treatment...cost wise little high, schemes available ... suitated near Central bus stand

Great experience right from day one of my admission. Staffs were friendly, Decent approach,Caring NA's, Maintained Good hygiene by housekeeping staffs. Quality of the canteen food was excellent like a home made. The only thing we should think of is the cost. I personally feel that, the charges were little higher and should have been considerable by all. Otherwise good service over all

Service and facilities are good but there is no transparency in billing if we go through insurance (BHEL). They are not giving statements regarding total bill value. Just asking some amount to pay and get discharged. If we ask for a statement they say as they won't give and won't reveal the value. It looks fishy Very bad in this aspect.

A 2 female ward nurses service are excellent. All services are very good .Especially karthika , siva gami , Dharani, vincy very geniun & very kind person Nurse incharge sister kalaiarasi very motivational for us.Excellant Doctors.
