During my stay in Kolkata, and 'living like a local' experience with my friend and colleague who was born and raised in the neighborhood, I enjoyed my sports classes at this gym. Excellent trainers. I enjoyed my private training sessions every morning. The gym is well equipped with everything one could think of for a good work-out. Very clean place and super for a fresh start of the day. Back in Netherlands now and writing this review to say 'thank you'! Hope I can come back to Kolkata another time. Keep moving!!!

This is a fantastic Gym!! The trainers and the owner are super, very well behaved and they are very helpful. I really appreciate the way they gives tips and tricks to get most out of every workout. I am getting very good results. And the location of the gym is very good. Highly recommended!

we r servicing since last 20 yrs in the fitness sector and grateful to all of our clients those who has helped us to achieve the good will ..we hv strictly maintained a comfort secured zone preferably for our respectable female members and trainers..We hv thrown away instantly outside the gym premises due to psychological disordered mis -behavioral attitude with lady teacher and lady members..e.g Mr.subham chatterjee..who has given negative reviews after termination. A psychological dis ordered person.

A deceitful gym. A frustrating place which does not make the client's purpose a priority, and only cares about making a profit. I made the mistake of taking Personal Training classes, and within one week realized how pushy these people are. Although I was paying for personal training classes, I was getting just general training with no focus on my movement, exercises, etc. The owner is named R.K. Mondal, who is thikc-headed and cannot understand anything apart from his own convenience. Within a week's time I was having more stress in going to the gym.

Best gym for girls , all members are very good listeners at first and very very supportive and cordial ,trainers are very well trained and helpful
