On june 15, my mom was admitted in KMF ,1st AC Room for a surgery. Overall the experience with the hospital ,staff members and doctors was pretty good. The nurse and ward helpers took care of my mom very well. Lastly I would like to Thanks doctors, Dr Uma Iyer and Dr Umesh Borwankar who conducted the surgery.
Kaushalya hospital has one of the best support staff and highly skilled personnel. Hospitality here is very good. Cleanliness and Hygiene is always maintained. Our Pediatrician Dr. Parul Shukla is always helpful and reachable whenever required. We are been associated with her since last 6+ years. Always recommended....

The services were good and the staff & doctors were very friendly. Hygiene also maintained property. Not expensive as compared to other multispecialty hospitals in thane. Food served in the canteen is also very tasty and healthy.
I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at the hospital. While I found the doctor to be quite accommodating and the treatment satisfactory, there were certain areas of concern. The hospital's service quality fell short as I noticed that basic tasks like changing bed sheets were not being attended to. Additionally, there were delays in administering saline and the response time to service requests was inadequate. On numerous occasions, I rang for assistance only to have the staff come and leave without resolving the issue. Communication about the doctor's availability was also lacking, as there were unexpected visits during odd hours, causing disruptions. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lack of coordination in collecting and sending a sample to the lab, despite multiple reminders. It would greatly improve the overall experience if these issues could be addressed for the benefit of future patients
