very bad customer service.they even don't know how to talk with customer.This is not the first time; it's been almost a year now, but the scooter has been with you for more than a month, and I haven't received any proper response, nor has the bill been provided on time. i will not recommend anybody to buy electric vehicle from "Kaur Raftaar phase 5 Mohali".
Worst service they have. They didn't know how to treat customer. I didn't recommend to anyone to buy any scooter from this Dealor. I bought a scooter and after 1 month I am facing issues and they didn't know what is that exact problem in this. No Manager or anyone is available to talk. Worst experience ever.
