It was a worst experience for me. I was stayed there for five days with my three family members consisting two kids. The Tv was not working and the intercom phone was dead. The bed was not clean. Water was dropping from the rooftop of the bath room. The reception staff mannerism was rude. We were not satisfied with the Hotel room and their services. We are expecting more.

We booked a banquet hall for wedding. It was good experience The taste of food and hospitality was good.Overall a good experience! Though suggest for cleaninesss in the restroom need repair and maintenance in the female restroom and the sales team has to be active when customer or client call as they were getting confused and no proper communication was there in between the team for clarification or about the queries.

The location of the hotel is good as in the main city and also only 200 meters from the main road . You will even get a counter near the reception to book a car in rent . However there was a smell in the rooms and there was not enough light provided in the rooms. The main issue was of the service . We ordered some food and we got it after about 2 hours . That also after complaining 3 to 4 times . One day for a complain in the room we visited the reception 5 times . However if you want the room to just sleep and be freshed in the morning it is suitable for you .

Hotel is 25+ years old property, main lobby and entrance is maintained but rooms and plumbings are not maintained. Toilet jet spray was not working, reception never answers your call and room phone never works, if you told them to provide more than 3 items they will only bring one, very pathetic experience, lunch and dinner is over priced here prefer to eat outside or zomato will be best option, breakfast is good not the best nor average. Dont go for paid breakfast its overpriced 450 rs pp.

I had the worst experience here. 1) The rooms look shady, bad lighting, no sockets, pathetic bathrooms. The entire hotel smells of drainage and right at the entrance there's water droplets from sewage falling down. 2) The service is so bad. I requested for garbage bags and they did not provide me with it for 2 days and when on the last day I shouted at them only then they gave them to me. 3) the bathrooms are super dirty with no net on the sink and bathtub. How am I supposed to bathe in a bathtub with no plug? 4) The card gets deactivated and everytime you go out you have to get it reactivated at the reception 5) The housekeeping staff does not even ask you before coming to the room for housekeeping when you are out. If you want to ruin your experience, you could totally check out this property. The photos uploaded here are deceptive. Do not believe them. The hotel is 20 years old with zero maintenance.

In this Hotel I have taken a room and faced the worst experience I have ever faced in my career. I have taken a Double room AC but AC was not at all worked. The service team did not responded. The TV in room was not working so the room service Team came and told me that Recharge was over. The room does not even have curtains for windows. There is no proper hot water at all. The room service is the worst. So if any one asked me I would never suggest taking a room in this hotel.

Lobby looks impressive but as soon as you go up n get out of the lift, the rotten smell hits you in all the floors from 2nd to 6th floor. The walls were peeling off and very damp. The flooring carpet in the rooms smells of toilet. The phones don't work so service was the most pathetic. The night manager was like a robot. Heard all our complaints but no action. No wifi service given. We had booked 11 rooms for 4 days. It was a nightmare staying in the hotel. The worst experience of my life in a hotel!!!!

We had stayed here for 3 days. There was not hot water. The bathrooms urgently need repairs. The passage from elevator to our room needs repairs. There is lot of leakages in building. The service is also not upto the mark. I would rate it 1/5 and its not worth the price they quote. You would get far better hotels than this one. Overall our stay was not pleasant.
