Katraj Ghat Viewpoint - Tourist attraction in Mangadewadi - Pune, India

You can see the pune city from this view. Sunrise would be good too since it's east facing. Roads are spacious and fine to go on. Me and my friends enjoyed riding on this route. Not recommended to stop there for more time as it's not safe to be there if crowded. Need to park your vehicle properly so that other will not get affected. Stay safe guys..

1. Easily accessible 2. Beautiful view point you can even stop over and have a view 3. There is a small stall which sells tea Vada paav and sweet corn 4. While stopping be careful as the point is just at the beginning of the tunnel 5. Sometimes you can even see monkeys

Place is absolute stunning. There are 2 places one before the tunnel and the one after. Both views are amazing. There is a small tea stall to relax and enjoy the cup of tea while you grasp the view. You can see the pune city from this view

Good sunset view and valley view... Sunrise would be good too since it's east facing... There's a small shop for Kanda vaji and chai that's might feel like a place of solitude and rest for many travellers

Nature at lap of city..... Very close to city.... Scenic place with fresh air and view... Specialy in rains....

If you love cycling but not in the city, then this place is the best gateway for you, 8 km away from katraj chowk, a perfect paradise for mountain bikers, I started visiting this place recently after the monsoon started and never knew this place for years, just make sure your cycles have proper indicators, wear helmet and enjoy the nature.
