I have tour with my family for 8 days in kashmir on May, I have hired innova car from this company but this company owner charged very high for hotel to hotel dropped service and at booking time he committed all site seeing is included with per day 250 km drive But he is cheating all customers 1. Innova car was 14 years old. 2. Window switches did not work. 3. There was Car clutch problem so driver did not come on proper time in half of the tour. 4. Lastly I discussed all problems with the owner and he did not gave any proper answer and used bad language will talking. So dear tourists don't hire the car from this person

Hotel was good and clean Ihave booked for Deluxe room which have all the basic amenities. Room was little bit small for two persons they also told at the reception. But staff was good, I had breakfast whixh was also good. Overall all good property with all the required amenities. Cleaniness and Security.

Good hotel location. 24x7 open. but network issue there. Rooms are good.

Room size was good, but Led was installed at the right corner of the room, which was difficult to watch. Room No 205 was not properly maintained otherwise room service , staff behaviour , food quality was very good. Location was good. Overall its a nice stay.

Good place to stay near Raghunath Temple in Jammu. Good rooms and good staff. The food is pure vegetarian and very good. There is no need to go anywhere else for food. The hotel owner as well as staff are very helpful when my husband got sick after eating at famous pahalwan da dhaba. We strongly recommend this place.

Not satisfied with their services,batayge kuch or denge kuch or,and taxi driver has no manners how to talk with customers and dat girl komal Singh and Sonu singh always talk about money not about services,I paid the money every where still she said ur payment is due, if I took services for 7 days,then why should I pay 9 days payout also she mentioned in the itinerary we will provide u dinner and breakfast but she dint provide me and also informed to hotel manager that don't give them dinner and breakfast still I paid full payment to the shreedhar niwas hotel manager.in 7 days tour she changed 2 times taxi and driver.ho sakta he ki wo advance kam le but services are very poor.plz be aware this kind of fraud people.

stay was pleasant. nice staff . neat & clean ambience. ideally located. only size of room was a bit compact .

Value for money budget hotel. Ambiance is okay ok. Hotel top floor restaurant is delicious having special Dogra (local) delicacies. Its located very much in city centre. Hence, most of city amenities our within 5 Kms radius.
