Kataruka Forms & Computers is a a renowned and old institution in the field of sales and services of desktops and laptops. This apart, this institution also sales different types of computer spares. Location is also very good. Above all, behaviour of the Owner and staff is very good.

Very unprofessional. They have pasted a printed copy in the notice board where it is mentioned laptop / desktop service charge as INR 250 whereas they are charging by force INR 450. Behavior is very rude, does not value customers.

The staff are good at behaving but will definitely loot you more or less. I went to repair my laptop which suddenly went off. The guy told me that my laptop is dead! I told them it is not so it needs the battery to be readjusted. The guy went in and came out with my laptop running. I dont know what he did but told me that because of dust my laptop was not opening. Finally they charged me 650 for dusting my laptop- but they call it servicing. Miserable. Again, dont go there they are well-behaving thieves.
