Value for money & time. AC facility is not available but all required machines are available and with guidelines of Palash da you will make the most of it. Cardio sessions are the best.
I've been an active member of this gym since September'21 and I already have lost 11 kg..They treat everyone like a family... Professional level training..cardio + gym..also have a taekwondo trainer to teach..no age limit.. All facilities you'll get there. . have their own dietician...all over ,the best gym on Naihati.. mostly all other gyms copy KASRAT but no one can be like it. Everyone should come. .. it widening it's place. in upcoming months we're gonna see new surprises

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
