Hotel is located near Dal Lake . Hotel view is beautiful. They had good staff and delicious food. Staffs are very helpful and helping. Must visit hotel.

We stayed at heritage rooms at Kashmir Mahal for 2 days Ther service is exemplary.they made sure to give us a room with a better view. They called us on both nights to check if we had had dinner and if we needed anything. The staff were also very welcoming The restaurant served very delicious breakfast The hospitality was commendable

Hotel Kashmir Mahal is located on Boulevard, Srinagar just 1.5 km away from Nishat Gardens. It's at a walking distance from Dal Lake. The hotel is located at a peaceful part of Dal Lake. On a brighter side, we get a total solitude even during the peak tourist season. The disadvantage of location is that there are no good restaurants nearby the hotel. The famous restaurant Shamiyana is 11km away. Hence, I've left 4 star for location. Room service is average. The quality of rooms is better than most of the hotels of same price range. Excellent furnishing. ACs are working perfectly fine. No fan in the hotel. Washrooms are large and very well maintained. Hotel staff, especially Mr Altaf was very very warm and friendly. Breakfast is good. A very Gujarati kind of strong tea is served in the breakfast which is a gr8 plus. Hotel has a large parking in its premises.

The location is very near to Dal lake and Nishant Garden. However the rooms are very basic and during our stay the hot water was not available despite requesting two times. Service was not upto mark and the buffet was very basic.

The place is high on aesthetics and a very cozy one. Staff is highly cooperative and views are breathtaking. Walking distance from nishat and dal makes it even more value for money.

We visited this hotel in the 1st week of April. It is walking distance from the Dal Lake though not on the main road. The rooms are decent sized bt very basic. The have basic toiletries and hot water 24*7. The food was decent with limited variety. The staff was helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. They arranged specific food items on request. The overall stay was comfortable and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and good Rooms with the best location near Dal Lake. Walking distance between hotel and Dal Lake, you can walk in the morning at Dal Lake and you can take breakfast in the Hotel restaurant. And the food is amazing and delicious at this restaurant. Local dishes are also available in this restaurant.
