I made a purchase from kashi jewellers , and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. I bought rings and a diamond bracelet, hoping for a touch of elegance and quality, but what I received was far from it. First and foremost, the quality of the jewelry was abysmal. The diamonds started falling out shortly after my purchase, which was a huge red flag. When I approached the store with my concerns, the SIKH manager's behavior was utterly unacceptable. He was rude, dismissive, and refused to address the issue properly. What was even more disheartening was the fact that I wasn't even allowed to meet with the owner to discuss the matter further. It's disappointing when a business fails to take responsibility for the quality of their products and treats customers with such disrespect. I expected better from a jewelry store that claims to offer quality and craftsmanship. Sadly, my experience here was a complete letdown, and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. If you value your hard-earned money and expect good customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere for your jewelry needs."
