I lost my phone on 10th of April n still have not received any progress regarding the same. Police officers are cooperative and very well behaved but I don't know what's taking so long to find my missing phone. Infact we did half the job for them by finding the thieves through cctvs nonetheless we couldn't get a closer picture of them. Last location when phone got switched off was told to us after 7 to 8 days. For sure I must say they are very slow in their work. We waited for one and a half hour to speak to the OC. He clearly told us that my phone would be found in four to five days but still there has been no result.It's been 15 days already. We were told to trust the cops and allow them to do their job. Well I wished the cops had been quicker and faster to solve the case. The same goes to Lal bazar police station since I personally went there to tell them regarding my missing phone but again not a single clue has been found yet. Perhaps they're just sitting in their ac rooms and waiting when would the phone be switched on in order to track them. Again even if they did are they quick enough to catch the culprit by coordinating with kasba cops. Still hoping to receive a call soon regarding the recovery of my lost phone. But in the end I did receive my phone

Worst police station that I have ever seen and totally politically corrupted, do not take any case seriously and overall some inspectors are a big liar also. I am very unlucky person that live at Kasba ward and have this most third class police station.

I have been caught by kasba police station once and kept in jail for some hours, cells are very clean, perfumed and served hot tea twice . I got nice friendly treatment as well , and it was like family function, toilet was clean too and neighbor cells criminal were friendly too , they shared their stories too.

most bad police station in kolkata i visited last night because one man beat my father but instead of judgement the officer trapped us in such a way we,means my family get scared and we leave the station without any help.i know there was a money matter between that man and that officer but i don't have proof. i respect police nurse doctor army and all the kmc workers but from last night i disrespect and hate police great man great thank you sir for your kindness there are creally just like cinema "always comes after accident" i don't know what will happen now but i hate police

I visited Kasba Police station last January . What a service they given to me that's just amazing . I am a foreigner so I know very well how nice they're also I can't expect this kind of service from my own country's law and order .

Most Bogus police station in the city I guess. These guys don't dare to take action against Bosepukur parijat club which is notoriously famous for creating sound pollution every now and then,as well as encouraging anti social activities in the area. We don't feel safe with you.

Whole night loudspeaker, still nobody picks up the call, people can't sleep, school , office all hampered, exam, interview, still can't take a little rest at night, if the law protectors are so irresponsible, then I think nobody will care if anybody commits a crime. Worst administration.

Police station is situated on the left side of the Rashbehari road from Kalighat towards Rubi Hospital more . Needs some extra upgrades and modernisation in the complaint/FIR registration process.
