Here is a possible five star review for Kasauli Courtyard Resort in Kasauli: I had a wonderful stay at Kasauli Courtyard Resort with my family. The resort is located in a beautiful and serene location, surrounded by lush greenery and hills. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. The staff is very humble and courteous, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The food is delicious and varied, and the service is prompt and efficient. The resort also offers many activities and facilities for the guests, such as a swimming pool, a spa, a gym, a library, a game room and a bonfire. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and had a memorable time. The only reason why we cut one star for service is that the service was very late on one occasion. We had ordered some snacks and drinks in the evening, but they took more than an hour to arrive. We had to call the reception several times to remind them of our order. This was very disappointing and frustrating, as we were hungry and thirsty. We hope that the resort will improve their service quality and speed in the future. Otherwise, everything was awesome and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in Kasauli. Kasauli Courtyard Resort is truly a home away from home.

Property is nice but very ill maintained. Food quality was not that good and in the name of complimentary breakfast they have very limited option. Cleanliness is a very big issue around the property, i have attached some photographs for the reference. You have to struggle for very basic amenities. I have to ask them the whole day to provide towels. Dental kit wasn't provided, water supply was cut during taking shower. Property seems to be understaffed and staff was in dirty clothes.

The experience here staying was overall really good and exemplary. It is worth the money. The hotel has a beautiful view. Along with such good services it makes the stay even more good. Thanks to Mr. Ravi who throughout the stay helped and had such good gestures. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and stay. It was a pretty memorable stay.
