A thriving student friendly cafe.Special students combo meals available.Dining area has smoking and no smoking zone.Serving staffs are happy faced ,helpful and prompt. Limited breakfast menu of Puri sabji,Bhature and dosa.Bread or sandwiches are not always available.The place is a part of Santiniketan's history as the owner is related to famous Japanese wood crafter Kimtaro Kasahara.Attached home stay is well maintained.Two Indian dogs are kept as pets.Others strays are also fed regularly.

We booked a suit for 5 people for 1 night... They provided two bedrooms, one kitchen and dining and one bathroom... They have room service... Location wise it is very good and ambience is very lively... It is just beside the university campus... We are satisfied with their service

A very eco friendly and peaceful place to stay within the campus. Very neat and clean. Although service and food quantity could have been better as per the price. Other than that everything is perfect. I had an amazing experience here.

I was recommended by a local guide to visit this place, as this place had a good vibe. Well, that's true. But the food taste was not at all upto the mark, even more so if we consider the price. Quantity is also not so great for a hungry young male, might be good quantity for the fairer gender though. Well, there's nothing more to talk about food, many street side joints provide tastier food at a much lesser price, with more quantity. Coming to the other aspects, this place has many hut shaped seating places, open on two sides, with fan connectivity to provide the customers comfort on a hot and humid day. Each hut can accommodate at least 15 people, although there different sized huts all over the place. There is one AC seating arrangement as well, which can cater to at least 50 guests at a time. College students love this place, as they have a smoking area demarcated. College students are allowed to hang and perform here which gives this place a cool vibe, it vies for. They accept cards and upi payment options.

Simply loved the experience! The food quality and taste were really good..and most importantly, really affordable rooms as well as food One has to take a toto from Bolpur station to reach this place (takes around 15 to 20 mins).

Not good ! The food is mediocre and i have seen insects in our food !!! Pls be cautious when you order anything

Have been eating here since 2013. Their quality may have increased for a few dishes but the price has certainly raised almost twice for eveything, making difficulties for a student pocket. Their Biriyani is not recommendable. However, the thalis are good but most of the times they DO NOT serve fresh food certainly. The fish & chickens are never fresh. Their chai/ coffee is from machine & equally bad. Their ambience is good for group of students to celebrate something. Their stuffs are non-cooperative & again, the price is very high comparing to other student-friendly food-hubs like Auroshree/ ratan pally.

Atmosphere is good. Service is worst. Taste is not too good, not too bad. Take time in hand to dine in there. They have super slow serving management. Food is a bit costly. There are washroom, sink and one swing for customers. Two zones available. One is non-smoking AC zone. Another is for smokers, which is non air-conditioned. The cafe is not located at a prime location and the road to the cafe is horrible in monsoon.
