Rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in 4 bed dorm, bed was clean with separate curtains for each bed for privacy. Charging point was available for each bed. Ac was working properly. Washroom was clean and equipped with essential toiletries. As it was a hostel, not hotel.. towels were not given. Staff was very polite and helping. They had cafe on the roof top, food on demand was also available. Location was not so accessible to public transport but market is in the walking distance so it wasn't that problematic. Overall had a pleasant stay.
I would like to rate this property in negative if it would have possible. We booked 3 months prior to the accommodation date and right before the actual trip dates they cancelled our booking saying they can't accommodate us due to some issues and even denied to take any responsibility of arrange us somewhere else. Very bad customer service and raised hands from their responsibility.
Amazing hostel with friendly staff. The place is really beautiful, the rooms were clean washroom was too good. I stayed in dorms so its amazing. Their pricing is worth and the food is also cheaper than redtaurants around. The common room is well maintained and the terrace is also so refreshing.
We reached Karwaan hostel before check-in time and we got a scooty rented and went to Neel waterfall for an amazing bath and there we enjoyed for 2 hours and we were tired of traveling and going up on the hill so we came back to get ourselves checked-in and had a nice nap. ROOM AND SERVICE AT THE KARWAAN HOSTEL ARE AMAZING AND STAFF IS TOO GOOD TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. THEY MAINTAIN HYGIENIC ROOMS AND THE BUILDING. EVERYTHING SEEMED MORE PERFECT THAN ANY HOTEL. WE LOVED KARWAAN. WE WILL VISIT THE PLACE AGAIN VERY SOON.
A nice hostel with great service and friendly staff, especially Vaishali Gupta, who is very kind, helpful, and efficient with her work. Although we chose the private room to stay in. The room was very clean and quiet, and I must appreciate the cafe they have. The food was tasty and very reasonable.
My overall stay at this place was nice. The staff is welcoming and polite. The rooms are neat and clean. I just faced an issue of powercut which was very long otherwise everything is upto the mark. The location of this hostel is bit inside from the mall road. But overall it is worth to stay with family or friends.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredible female staff especially Vaishali gupta. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with genuine warmth and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
