The park should be open for people to use it. They always lock it up. Nobody can actually go and enjoy the park. Why did they even construct a park when they won't even let anyone to use it. Please the respected authorities should take action.

First of all the park should be opened so that people can write reviews after visiting it. It has been closed since the inauguration. All the boat rides were never opened for the public and the water is stinking now with dead fishes floating on the top. Park is under 0 maintenance and it is always closed. Total construction money went to waste.
