Karur Junction - Train station in Neelimedu, Karur - Karur, India

Platform 1 was quite clean and the national flag at entrance was the one of the highlight good place compared to other main stations It was less crowded and neat .... I was fully satisfied with station clean and hygiene but the railways have especially the person at the enquiry centre was very very worse he is the staff but he is using mobile phone and telling false information he gives me a wrong platform number I just checked the app and I thought that I was wrong then I asked he said platform no1 but actually the train came in platform no 3

Neatly maintained.... More chairs can be provided... Mosquitos shld be controlled.. Porters not avbl Atleast trolleys can be provided, very difficult to carry luggages & walk thro the platform.

Seems to be maintained well in comparison to others in IR. However the ones in North India are the worst. Has good passenger amenities, fairly new retiring rooms, benches, clean platform, clean waiting halls, importantly toilets with running water

Busy railway station. Clean and safe. Of course mosquitoes will be there as it is an open area. Many trains pass through here. Local Trains towards Trichy Erode and Salem are available.

Karur railways station is good clean and well maintained railway station. All basic facilities are available here. Many food outlets are available here. Good railways station

Entrance of the station is looking very nice.. there is no lights in the arch mentioning the name.. during night there is no light in that area.. it is one of the major junction with 4 different routes.. north side erode & tiruchengode tracks splitting their way.. south side trichy & dindigul tracks splitting their way.. so many trains running here with these different routes.. totally 4platforms in it..

Karur Junction entrance is huge with an Indian flag @ the entranceway ,it's well planned by the Railway authorities.The station ambience is good & clean.It has a huge resource and convenient for all peoples.Station is adhered to Covid protocols
