Worst experience. Good discount. On a rainy day i went to the shop where there is no nearby atm for withdrawal of money. I had shortage of funds for the same was in account but they didn't allowed the card payment and make me walk 2 km at night for the purachase of medicine. The manager is a nice person but the pharmaceutical staffs are having rude behavior and is more likely have the ego of autocratic buerarucracts.

Good discounts are offered but the pharmacy is understaffed and took a lot of time to dispense the medicines . The billing and delivery all experience are very disordered . Also the covid precaution windscreen makes communication even worse . Please consider adding more staffs and manage quick delivery . I even noticed one customer asked for estimate price of antibiotics and the person had to wait for almost 10 mins just to know the estimate . Also note that this is not the pharmacy which is run by kerala govt or Jan aushadi

The name of this shop is misleading.. People who are searching for the Karunya community pharmacy could easily get misled by the name of this shop.. The real Karunya community pharmcy, which is run by Government of Kerala is operating a few yards away inside Victoria government hospital, where you will get the medicines in government rate, which is very cheap as compared to the any other shop. Please be careful. The management of this shop seems intentionally try to mislead people by putting a tag in the board saying " kerala government approved shop" and by putting big hoardings saying "medicines available for discounted rates".

Parking available beside the road ....rush will be there mostly...huge discounts..if you need some medicine that is not available right now you can place an order also....Karunya Community Pharmacy is a retail outlet that sells branded generics at steep discounts ranging from 20 to 60 percent. Karunya Pharmacy is an initiative by KMSCL and it is a pure for-profit chain of pharmacies. It is a business model that competes on equal terms with other retail pharmacies. The advantage Karunya may have over other pharmacies is cheaper prices through bulk procurement for the entire state and taking advantage of the streamlined procurement practices of KMSCL. The need for it's existence has been necessitated by two factors: a) the strong nexus between government doctors and pharmaceutical sales representatives that results in a positive push for branded medicines and a negative push for pure generics (not unlike other Indian states); b) Kerala populace's preference for higher quality products (unique to this state). The modus operandi adopted by the pharmacy was to leverage the bulk discounts enjoyed by the KMSCL through centralized pooled purchasing of branded generics directly from the manufacturers. The reduction in the prices due to the bulk discounts and lack of middle-men margins are significant

The Shop is located in the basement floor of this building it's not easy to find. Good discount 13 % and about to all medicines is a great work. Quick service from the pharmacist staffs

Noones there to attend the customer, we have to take the things and ask them their price.. and they'd answer like its not their job..a customer had to tell me the price of a walker i was looking for..

They sell out all types of surgical items . And so kindfull behaviour towards the customer's . And we can get products at the very best price in the city....
