Very cooperative and friendly staff who will clear any doubts regarding taking a frame or which brand lens (I selected STEPPER 's frame and ESSILOR CRIZAL lense) to choose from at the opticals. The doctors are really good!. Excellent customer care from registration to till the last billing. Hats off uuu the entire crews
Waiting time is too long.. Once waited for first call. Have to wait again for further instructions from staff/doctor. Management should consider options to reduce the patient waiting time. Also please correct the timing on the digital wall clock at reception.

Three stars only because they don't give receipt for payments made. Went there to check if mother's eye sight - if spectacle need to be changed. Rs100 for refractionist, no bill. Purchased new lens frame and lenses, there too no bill. Elderly people note that the doctors are in first floor, so you have to climb a few steps.
We are grateful to Karunya Team for Successfully done my Amma Cataract Surgery, Initially Amma was tensed and hesitate for surgery, However with utmost attention by Nurses and guidance from Dr.JoJu Amma overcame those moments!
