Not even 1 star. Worst place to stay. Untidy rooms and bedsheets. The room is full of fungus and bugs. Not worth the money. They hardly clean the place. Avoid this at any cost.
This is not a hotel it's just a house with small rooms, I have booked it for my father ac, fan, light nothing was working room is a dungeon. We have to vacate the room shortly. The manager Nagarajan and logesh was irresponsible. No room service nothing. There are better stays nearby at this price. Full waste of 1500. They never check whether the electronics are working before giving the room to customer. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE FOR A PEACEFUL STAY! ITS HORRIBLE!
One of the worst services ever. They denied checkin and asked us to take refund. After we checked into a different hotel while raising the refund request, when the customer care calls. They ask us to come back and checkin after 4 hours. Don't even understand basic sense. I'm requesting refund for their denial of rooms. And I paid extra for a different hotel. Still not not refunding . Worst worst worst service and not at all recommend. They cheat people coming from other states.
One of the worst possible services from the hotel. They denied checkin even after full payment online and asked us to take refund. And later on blames us for cancelling it and not refunding the amount. Clearly big cheaters. DON'T TRUST THIS HOTEL. Worst Services Possible.
Pros Rooms Just Okay. Cons We opted for Suite room (Room 103). Ac in the Hall not in working condition. TV remote not given. Bed room Tv in damaged condition. Bathroom paints & OPEN electrical wiring - looked very bad impression. Major thing is Staff very non- co operative. No pillow given initially. After that used Pillow cover given. Everytime need to go to reception for basic things. No LIFT. No Intercom. Not worth for your money spend. Not suits for family. Better avoid.
Service was good but not a very safe for ladies to stay. The hotel is located in a small lane which is very congested,no proper food place available near by. The room is too small for the money we pay.All they have is a place for the cot and 1 feet around it.TOO CONGESTED. The room stinked as it was left unventilated after the previous guests who had smoked the room vacated.(Though the ppl at the reception tried making the room smell better as soon as we complained about the smoke smell). DISSPOINTED.NOT WORTH THE MONEY*
Went to Chennai for a friend's wedding. Stayed here for 4days. Staff if really good and helpful. You can bring in you alcohol. They will provide you with the utensils however they don't have there kitchen so no food available only tea or coffee. There are a lot of eating joints nearby which are good as well.
A budget hotel not providing you with more amenities. The staff over here is very humble and helpful. Needs some improvements at the rooms. Good for a stay of a day or two.
