Those who live in Palakkad's rural areas will benefit greatly from this facility. Location of the hospital facility is extremely inland. went to get a fever treated. As it was Sunday, OP is not at work. There is a doctor in the casuality. I received medical attention quite fast. Having card payment is very helpful. The pharmacy was very busy. You have to wait for a long time. Also you have to come down from the second floor and pay the bill and come back to buy medicine. Having bus service from various areas is a great blessing for rural Palakkad.

The doctors are really good. But the supporting staffs look clueless always especially people who are at pharmacy. Nurse has given direction to take medicines after the surgery but these guys kept us waiting for hours for medicines (stating some inspection is going on). I believe the girl who sits at insurance counter (medisep) has some personal problems - seemed like not at all interested to take any request. Kindly look into this and provide a better environment to your customers next time pl. thanks

Due to some renovation work or something, grilling&cutting sound pollution was there. Try to do something if possible that area can be covered with some kind of net. Also Lots of dust, unexpectedly kindly look into this and do the needful for the future patients & bystanders.

This Hospital is also the one of the best hospital in Palakkad, The campus is awesome and pleasant and minimum pollution. This is neatly maintained hospital. All treatments available here full body check up and scanning also available. Well established medical institution in this remote rural area. Logistics and medical facilities are good.

Update on Nov 2022 The token system in the reception for op is a good improvement from the hospital. Everything in the hospital has improved a lot. Changing 2* to 4* Around 10km from home and it's one of the nearest hospital from home for emergencies. Even i had been there for my emergency issues. Of all the hospitals i have been to(for myself for treatment and for accompanying others) , this one is the worst. All the emergency cases, people do only first aid from this hospital and they prefer other hospital in palakkad or thrissur for further treatments. I think people are not satisfied with the treatment from this hospital. First of all, there are no good front desk or reception. They do have it, but it's not managed well. People get the OP card or registration card as if in a market, crowded, rush . They need to arrange a queue system for that - my suggestion. Even if you book for a specific doc for a specific date, it's difficult to get their consultation. They might be gone to food, IP, or wherever(no idea) and the receptionist even don't know it and sometimes you have to wait for hours or skip the day (myself done it) When you are getting a consultation, it might not be just you, myself experienced 3patients at a time in one cabin And go for a scan, you book it in the morning and they ask you to come by noon and get the scanning done by evening Don't expect a good food in or around the hospital, even if you come by mng and leave the hospital by night. But the lab is good, neat and clean. There are good doctors to consult for OP. The consultation fee is cheap even one third or one fourth of other hospitals. No crowd inside and you can relax well or have a good nap. The 2 stars are for the good doctors here(i want to give them 5*) but not for the hospital management. Administration sucks.

Outside.hospital canteen is crowded and nobody follow COVID protocols...No parking management for vehicles...COVID test area is at an open place and no privacy...The form is for the registration might be confused and difficult to fill ordinary public.No contactless cash payment.. junior doctors are pre-examinig patients and senior Docs haven't a physical exams.The case sheet of the patient , themselves carrying to the pharmacy for the medicine... it's strange...could the patient carry the same to outside and buy medicine? And even after 30 minutes no printed Covid test report..Very poor management...
