Our patient hospitalized more than month. This is my personal opinion We found Nursing staff is not taking care of patient sincerely, sometime not sharing necessary information to patient's relatives. Pharmacy and hospital bill charges are costly, normal people can't bear, you have take benefit of IPF weaker section facility get in touch with Medical Social Worker (MSO) dept. for that. Neuro Doctors are good and Co-operative. Discharge formality is lengthy and took so much time to make/draft the final bill. They tried their best to increase the hospital bill on last day. After discharged we have shifted to our patient to some another small private hospital we found major and deep injuries on patient private parts, dressing was not done properly by nursing staff by Karuna hospital. Specially senior nursing staff. Only one person is allowed with patient during hospitalization. Contract security staff also polite and co-operative. Everyday billing staff will remind you to pay outstanding bill amount and share estimated bill copy.

We have a great experience with the dialysis department at Karuna Hospital. All the Sisters are very caring, cooperative, hospitable. The dialysis centre maintains good level of hygiene. We have always been assisted conscientiously.
