The scenery is too good; the sunset way better. Chances of sighting Jungle Cat if you travel at night time. However, the road condition is so poor that you would like to avoid traveling on this road.

What a beautiful view!!! Best place to visit during monsoons and just after the monsoons. Waterfalls everywhere, clouds moving over the mountain. Be very careful while clicking photos please.
This is one of the best ghats that I've seen till date. The road quality is not as good but definitely it is beautiful. Dangerous during monsoons and sometimes closed too it's a good drive while you are getting down from the Gagan Bawda location.
This is one the road to get down to the kokan. Very nice ghat to drive. Some work was currently going on but will almost get finish in next couple of weeks. Be careful while driving this road. Because vehicle coming from opposite side would not be visible. The real beauty of this ghat would be mansoon season. Some sunset points are also available.
This ghat is treat to watch in monsoon season. You can enjoy sunset during evening time at sunset point. Road is bit damaged during monsoon also it has very sharp turns so you should be very cautious while driving. Monkeys can be seen at morning/evening time. It's one the best ghats in western Maharashtra.
Gaganbawada Ghat road is ok while climbing from kolhapur side but while going down the road gets very worst . Be prepared to have rough stone patches in between.
At the top of the ghat its only stone road no tar road at all ,Road quality very bad Enjoy the bumpy ride
