It is good locality but its in very interior of Adai, Premises has good layout and parking space and also children play areas. It's G+3 but lift is not there. It's has many flats and 3 Row Houses. Sharing auto is available for Panvel Railway station. Vicinity is good and from terrace the view of mountains and lush green surrounding make the place livable.

The society is not so maintained. No proper facilities. Located very far inside village locality. Roads are not proper. Not so happy happy place to visit, Adai mountain is only place to visit and have fun during rainy season.

Lovely place to visit. Greenery and waterfall will calm your mind. Good place to plan for weekends.
