Hotel kartik is good for very ordinary samosa poha jalebi type of evening/morning snacks and does looks fairly clean compared to other outlets in this category. Local Sweets and some namkeen type of snacks are definitely to buy in packets as per weight. These may be prepared 3-4 days ago so at times if purchased at last day of shelf they may start to have a oily smell. So buy if you have to consume it shortly or you know the product is freshly out from kitchen. Coming to next You have variety of deep fried snacks such as Samosa, aloo Banda, bhaajivada, kachodi, poha, jalebi (khova/maida), imarti and Tea which are all time being prepared in batches. But I would suggest you to have limited quantity of each snack atmost 2 units of any snack as the oil being used throughout the day at times may cause burning sensation with. I would say not to eat too much here as you may end up feeling a heavy tummy. But it's safe to eat and it's a fine place and has been in business since 15-18 years. People around the place know this place with fine reputation. Poha is really great and it's served with jalebis. Ideal time to find fresh food and a good break fast .... Is around 8:00 am to 10:30 am and then for evening 5:30 pm to some 7:00 pm. Fresh food is always available but since it's a normal roadside shop to hang around at you should not expect much still these people are maintaining the hygiene in every possible way.

Edible items are really tasty. It is clean and nice. But little bit smaller and congested. Owner is good.

A wonderful place for proper jabalpur style breakfast with poha jalebi , samosa chai.. do try this if you are in jabalpur and near the railway station

This place is a perfect spot for having a light breakfast... it serves delicious poha and jalebi and other snack items including bhaji vada, samosa, kachori, aloo banda, khobe ki jalebi and imarti from their menu are also extremely good... The prices are also reasonable here... different variations of dry snacks are also available here... You could even try them as well

All the things are good But owners ka behavior bilkul sahi ni h Respect your customers....

Poha is an all time favourite from his hotel don't forget to take extra chanti thi poha
