I had booked flight (to & fro) for my parents to USA via Qatar airways in the month of May, after thorough online search & ratings, i had to zeroth on Karthikeya travels . But due to some unavoidable reasons we had to cancel the tickets. Mrs Veena was our cloud contact person for all this booking , she conveyed that we should wait upto 12 weeks for the money to credit it back to us. Even after the said time we haven 't got any response. After many many phone calls , WhatsApp chats & headaches , they had given only 60% of the total money and stated that balance will be given in a couple of days. Again the same process either she will not lift nor reply to our messages. after many calls to their boss, we received the money that too after deducting 41000/- ( each ticket fine 250$). i personally had very bad experience & the said 41k is still with them. I request all of them if u r 100% sure on tickets then only proceed.

I have been taking their service for the past 8 years including for my travel last week from Hyderabad to Toronto. I always reach out to Fathima for my ticketing needs and I am so happy with their services that I referred them to quite a few of my friends and relatives. Strongly recommend them.

Latest Update: Finally after a year of multiple calls, messages, email follow up, I received the Voucher. Madam Veena, appreciate your efforts. Thank you so much! Having an extremely pathetic experience. Booked Last year through them. Tickets got cancelled because of their unprofessional behaviour. Even till date I have not received the Voucher as they promised. Following up with Air lines is not done properly. They avoid to provide any details or follow up emails if asked. Each time I have to remind them. Terrible Customer service. DO NOT book through them. They will never lift your call or reply to your messages once you have made the payment. Please save your time and money. Edited: Madam Veena, you are such an unprofessional person. Please don't threaten me on phone calls and messages asking me to remove my review. Get my Voucher and then contact. I too have all the proofs. When I ask you to send me the follow ups you are doing, you never send me. Now seeing my review, you are calling and messaging to threaten me that you will not get my voucher till i remove this post. Even now I am requesting you to get the vouchers please. I booked my flight tickets with Veena, and she was very patient and supportive through out the process, however the real challenge was when United Airways charged us for additional bags, $400. We paid at the Airport as we din't have any choice, and when I informed Veena about this, she wrote an email to their Customer service and challenged them on how unfair it was to charge us extra for the 2 nd baggage, and also followed up with those people diligently and ensured they refunded the entire amount. I am all praise for Veena for supporting us and taking the responsibility of getting us the refund. She is an Asset to this Organization and they must acknowledge her commitment and integrity.
