Beautiful restaurant and staff. Everything was top standard.. Neat and clean atmosphere.. Chicken Biriyani is just superb... The tast is delicious and the quantity too good as well. Highly recommended

Always had a great experience dining at this place. Great service and excellent food. Only thing I've noticed is thier chilli powder has some sort of colouring agent in it which they need to change.
A good commendable experience in kottayam district. The quality of the each food items served were exceptional. Esp I would rate their chicken Biryani with 5 star, porotta and other side dishes ordered were also too good. The quality and quantity were upmarket. The pricing was too reasonable. A recommendable place to visit.
The restaurant is near NSS collage, and servers different type of vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods like Indian, Chinese, Continental etc. The place is very neat and clean, well maintained and the staff is very courteous. The wait time is around 10-15 minutes from your order and the quality of the food is also good.
I bought a Mutton biryani (360 rs) it was not worth it, because it was reheated (I don't know because it was at 10.00pm if so they shouldn't serve it) and they put very little rice with a lot of masala. My wife bought an alfaham,(quarter-normal), it was ok but the price was 185rs and they put an extra 10rs (total : 195) for the kubbus in it.I never had alfaham in this price from anywhere in Kerala and I never see anyone charges for the kubbus which they put with the alfaham (1 in number).If so they can charge for mayonnaise and pickle too. And regarding the service It was rainy outside so I asked the supplier where can I put my umbrella. He replied : (angngootttt evitteeluN vey ) then I asked him mutton biryani available in half or full? He replied(angngnennuN ill oraakk klllikknullllt unnttaavuN) after this my wife got alfaham (it was a chest piece) then she asked the supplier whether leg piece available? One hindi cook came and he didn't get her.The old mallu supplier came back and said (at veennoongki neertte prrynnoonn ill ill leg piece onnuN ill) Key things in this business are Taste, Cost and Service.Atleat one should be there because it can balance the other two. Wasn't a good experience Keep improving... Give him(supplier)last month salary That camel (nice) alone can't do anything.
Food quality and quantity were remarkable, In and around Kottayam the best Biriyani experience I had. Parotta and other dishes we tried were also good and fresh.
Very horrible incident happened with us today at this restaurant. My wife asked for using toilet , he gave us the directions of toilet and when she came out , he started shouting like you need to eat something then only you can use washrooms , otherwise not allowed. As it is already mentioned in government laws that you cannot stop anyone from using the Washroom and he shouted like anything. Will never ever prefer to even have food at such place where women's are not even respected.
