This spa met all my requirements. Once i faced an issue with wrong info by the receptionist, but then it was sorted out by organizer Bala in a smooth way. Though i tried various other spa, i always come back to this spa or Mayura spa (velachery) atleast monthly once or twice as i have a guaranteed satisfaction here
