Very Good customer service..... I went to their shop at closing time but they showed the collections without any hesitation though I wanted to purchase finger ring. I strongly recommend to visit this shop once for everyone....
Worst experience we have ever had in this store.. First of all billing is not provided on time in hand, always delayed and sent via courier. Scheme is not explained properly to us while joining, so much condition while closing the same. We have been purchasing last few years however last 2years being pathetic in their sales and service.. we are being cheated by the gold scheme. Hope the management take action and ensure clients are well informed about the scheme.
