Karni Bhawan Heritage Hotel - Hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

I have stayed at this hotel for few day in Nov 23. It is in dilapidated conditions. Their service is bad. They have very limited menu in breakfast. Rooms are also not in good condition. However hotel is location near to city centre. If you get this hotel for Rd 2000 night then its ok .else its not worth it. There are lot other good proporties nearby.

Had an overnight stay on November 27th; unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences. Rooms were poorly maintained, staff was unresponsive, and service was notably subpar. The only redeeming factor was the mediocre breakfast; overall, not a recommendable place.

In this hotel, rooms are very old and also out side of room is also bad, garden and sitting area is not maintained. In addition, waiters not interested to helping thair customer they are giving not proper answer and also their services is not good. We are facing so much problems just like we don't have electricity last 2hr in our room so this type of lack facilities make me unhappy. But it's location is good just like this area is quite silent and safe because it's located opposite side of airforce quarter.

An unpleasant experience. Cafe response was poor. Cold wanton soup served with frozen dumpling. No manager present to address the complaint. Poor hospitality for a so called heritage property.

Overall experience: Average and not a 3 star property. We reached around evening and saw no guest had checked in for the day. When enquired we were told that hotel is 90% occupied by those who fly the aircraft for Republic Day. The property is huge and seems to be old property. We got an upgradation of room to suite and it was spacious however it was not cleaned. We could see an inch of dust on all tables. When we asked for batteries for AC remote they gave us room heater which was too small. Next day morning we complained to day manager and he helped us with cleaning and AC. In bathroom, flush water tank and shower were leaking continuously, no exhaust fan, mo toiletries. We saw the different room which was originally booked and it was very small and congested so we decided to stay in suite room. Breakfast: limited options- Upma on both days, fruits, bread and jam, eggs, paratha / puri. We had dinner one day and the preparation was average. There was some live music during evenings.
