Karnataka Siri Horticulture Garden - Botanical garden in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

Nice and calm place. Entry fee is 50rs for adults. Parking lot is there. Then you can walk through gardens and inside there are fish ponds also. Hanging bridge also there. Nice view located out of the town.

Well maintained. There's different gardens, parks, a bridge and luxurious greenery. Better not to visit in rainy season. Takes about 1 hr to finish walking around. Greenhouse garden was my most favourite. There was so many imported plants especially dessert plants. Entrance fee is 20 rs. Huge parking area is there [P] Not wheelchair accessible

Very well maintained you at least need 2hours to spend here there is nursery, bridge,tea garden, and varieties of flowers And a very artistic bushes/kinda maze.Drinking water facility is there. Entry fees for adults -50rs No charges for mobile cameras and there is also one good restaurants within the garden Better to visit on weekdays, but otherwise also there was less crowd on Saturday

I won't say it's a waste of money or waste of time, but I should say it's not worth for the 50 rs ticket price. I am saying so because, it's very poorly maintained. If you are coming with your family, please careful , the stairs are broken, high chances to fall down. The main attraction of the garden are plantations. The bushes are very poorly maintained. There's a toilet inside the garden, which has no water. I had a really bad experience there with my family. Also there are drinking water fridges which wasn't working at all. The main attraction is the hanging bridge, which was good. I hope, in future there will be mores things coming, Like a water fountain is under construction, also some other construction work are going on there. It's a best spot for taking photos, it is a nice place to bring children. Also there is a maze made up of bushes but it's very poorly maintained. There is a huge parking area, which costs around 100 for buses, 50 for cars. Overall I ma giving only 3 stars out of 5

Great view. Good place to visit in Ooty. Must try the hanging bridge. However there are couple of places under construction. Good amount of parking available. Entry Ticket prices is also pocket friendly. It's a paid parking lot.

It offers a tranquil atmosphere, awe-inspiring landscapes, and a chance to marvel at the wonders of the natural world. My visit there was delightful and enchanting. To enter, adults are required to pay 50 rupees, while minors pay 30 rupees at the ticket booth. The surroundings were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and there was a flurry of activities taking place. However, there is one element that cannot be overlooked--the hanging bridge. Standing on it and gazing down was an exhilarating experience that added an extra thrill to my visit.

Such a good place to entertain families... Gardening is amazing.. Hanging bridge, aquarium and water show is extremely super.. Flower garden is colorful.. Maze garden is funny for all .

Nice place to visit here. It's a must visit place in Ooty. It's better than the Ooty Botanical Garden other garden in Ooty but the entry fee is a bit costly which is worth it. This park is maintained by the Karanataka government and it is well maintained. I suggest all other parks can be maintained like this garden so it will be worth spending money and time. We need at least 1/2 day to spend here. We can enjoy and spend time in peace. It's located in Ooty town near the lake. Overall It's a must visit place and the gold of the Ooty. Spending time is really worth it here.
